Refunds

Draft. The refund window and who authorises a refund are open questions with Win the Day (PRD §12, question 6). Until they are answered, this page assumes the following.

Within 14 days

If your mentor has not yet contacted you, or you decide within 14 days of purchase that the program is not for you, write to info@winthedayplanner.com and the purchase is refunded in full to the original card.

After that

Refunds are at Win the Day's discretion and considered case by case.
